- Meeting rooms are only available during the Library's open hours.
- Groups or individuals may have up to 4 reservations in a 4-month period.
- Include any setup or teardown time in your reservation.
- If you plan to have food delivered to the Library during your reservation, you must meet the delivery at the front entrance of the Library.
- Alcohol is not allowed on the Library property.
- You do not need to reset the room, just leave it tidy.
- Read the Meeting Room Policy before making a reservation.
Equipment
If you need AV equipment like a projector, screen, conference phone, please check in with staff at the 2nd floor desk for help connecting to our equipment.
Please note that our AV system sometimes does not perform well with MacBooks. We have contacted our vendor and are troubleshooting the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Seating
There are 24 chairs and 6 tables in the Conference Room. The maximum capacity per fire code is 49 people.
