A learning event for adults online and in person. Limit to 20 in-person participants. Registration required.
Tan, a Vietnamese native and owner of Cuisine Adventure Tours, has been a Wisconsinite for the last 45 years. In this presentation, he will share how to immerse yourself into the Vietnamese culture and will discuss the food experiences in big cities to small villages, from restaurants to "backyard garden to table" meals.
Then, in a hands-on portion of the event, in-person participants will join Tan in making delicious and healthy spring rolls! Tan will share ingredients you need (including sauces!) and where to buy supplies take make healthy and delicious spring rolls.
