Join us to see Wisconsin artist Paul Briskey demonstrate watercolor painting and talk about his style of Outsider art. Often created by self-taught artists, Outsider art is known for the use of unconventional materials, subject matter, and creativity.
About the Artist
Paul Briskey makes whimsical, spontaneous, and impressionistic watercolors of Madison. See his exhibit in the Reading Room from April 7-May 20.
The program is made possible through funding from the Friends of the Oregon Library.
