November is National Novel Writing Month. Many writers use it to kick off a new writing project, and it's a great way to get into gear. But even with a great beginning, sometimes we stall in the middle, or get tangled up in how to end the story. In this open discussion and Q&A session, Cayce will talk through all your writing questions, no matter what part of your project is giving you trouble. She will share the writing techniques and tricks that have worked for her, how she learned to get past writing roadblocks, why editing is so important, and what happens after you've finally finished.
Following the discussion, there will be the opportunity to purchase the author's book. I Know What You Did, hardcover $25, audio CD $35 cash, credit card, PayPal, or Venmo
About the Author
Cayce Osborne has been a writing tutor, a magazine columnist, and an associate editor at a literary magazine—among other things. After finally getting brave enough to try writing a novel, she worked for years to hone her skills and sold her first book, a mystery, which was released in 2023.
The program is made possible through funding from the Friends of the Oregon Library.
